Thunderstorm activity will increase until midweek as a cold front approaches and moves through the area. Isolated slow moving thunderstorms can be expected late this afternoon and evening, then more widespread and stronger thunderstorms will be possible as the frontal system approaches from the west. Severe thunderstorms will be possible, especially Tuesday night. A dry day is expected Thursday, then more showers and thunderstorms are possible Friday. Temperatures will be unseasonably warm through Tuesday with mid 80s to around 90 for highs, then closer to normal highs from mid 70s to lower 80s will return for Wednesday through Friday. |
